I led the redesign of the RentalCars mobile app’s in-trip experience, aiming to boost trip preparedness and reduced friction across 8M+ annual bookings. I transformed the static trip detail flow into modular, progressive disclosure based UX, expanded push notifications from pre-pickup to post-trip, and explored a wallet to replace the eVoucher. Leveraging cross-team collaboration, hackathons, and large-scale data, I delivered solutions that improved the customer journey while aligning with Booking.com’s broader platform goals.

At Yubl, a London-based startup that secured a £20M funding round, I was an IC + Design team lead. Our focus was on expanding the platform from a consumer mobile app to a fully featured web app tailored for brands and influencers. This included advanced campaign and post reporting tools and a moderation tool which enabled external moderators to review and act on platform content to meet iOS and Android app store store requirements.
I further planned and conducted extensive lab and ethnographic studies to discover and resolve user pain points and validate product use cases prior to launch.

As Principal Designer on the Banking Apps team at Receipt Bank (now Dext) serves 700k Businesses globally and 12k+ accountants, I led the end-to-end design of Banking integration, from inception to delivery. Evolving beyond its origins as a receipt scanning tool, the platform expanded into accounting preparation and reconciliation, with bank data and statements becoming a powerful new capability. I designed the Banking app to integrate and more accurately reconcile financial data into the wider accountancy platform, streamlining workflows to meet the needs of accountants and small businesses, reducing manual reconciliation and giving us a competitive edge with Quickbooks and Turbotax.
