As a Senior Product Designer at Google, on the Ad Analytics team. I conducted extensive user research to uncover needs around video ad metrics, then translated these insights into the design of analytics dashboards and reporting tools aimed at driving increased spend on digital advertising. In addition to product design, I evangelized research findings and UX best practices across Google Ads, TV, and YouTube teams, helping align cross-functional stakeholders around a user-centered approach that enabled users to compare cross-platform effectiveness.

I was part of the Intel mobile innovation team at their Silicon Valley campus. We worked to make device software smarter and more intuitive. Intel's facial recognition technology combined with geolocation and social networking services were leveraged to design a smart gallery where photo retrieval and storytelling experiences were optimised through semantic web technology, a precursor to AI.
The social gallery was aimed at Android handsets in EMEA and MENA.
Photo retreival and auto categorization was powered by smart tagging and captioning, and an autogenerated slideshow and social network integration created nextgen experiences.
